RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY  

Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.  

Please note that our body butters are handcrafted without synthetic stabilizers and are naturally heat-sensitive. We are not responsible for melting or texture changes that may occur during transit. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.
