RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY  

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This is to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every product we offer.  

However, your satisfaction is very important to us.  

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.  

For any concerns about your purchase, we encourage you to reach out — we’re happy to help find a solution.  

All sales are final on skincare and personal care items.
